Esperance & Co use Australia Post for delivery. For Domestic E Parcels we charge $12.95 and Domestic Express at $19.95. For International Express to New Zealand we charge $30 NZ and for Standard International to New Zealand we charge $20 NZ (unless otherwise stated) Transit times are calculated at checkout. Esperance & Co offer free express shipping on orders over $300.

United Kingdom

Esperance & Co use DHL International for delivery. We charge a flat rate of £10. Orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Returns

At Esperance & Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple.

Full-Price Items

Eligible for a refund, credit note, or exchange
Must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery

Sale Items (including temporary promotions)

Eligible for a credit note or exchange only
Must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery

Final Sale Items

Not eligible for return, credit note, or exchange

We accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

✔ Return within 14 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase
✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

Note: Esperance & Co reserves the right to decline a refund, exchange, or credit note if these conditions are not met. Returns Shipping for change of mind is at the purchaser’s expense.

Faulty Product Returns

If an item is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above, your order may be sent back to you.
