Australia & New Zealand

Esperance & Co use Australia Post for delivery. For Domestic E Parcels we charge $12.95 and Domestic Express at $19.95.  For International Express to New Zealand we charge $30 NZ and for Standard International to New Zealand we charge $20 NZ (unless otherwise stated)  Transit times are calculated at checkout.  Esperance & Co offer free express shipping on orders over $300.

United Kingdom

Esperance & Co use DHL International for delivery. We charge a flat rate of £10. Orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Returns

Easy Returns

Esperance & Co offer an exchange only and store credit policy on change of mind returns. This includes purchases you have made in error e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong colour. We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:

✔ Return within 30 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase
✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

Esperance & Co reserves the right to decline to exchange if these guidelines are not met. Returns Shipping for change of mind is at the purchaser’s expense.

Faulty Product Returns

If an item is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above, your order may be sent back to you.
